Serving Nashville, TN

The subcompact HR-V and the compact CR-V kick off Honda's crossover SUV lineup. In 2026, both of these models benefit from exciting updates. Our valued customers at Crest Honda need all of the facts about their options before making a selection for their next auto purchase. What should you know about the improved 2026 HR-V and CR-V?

Performance

Every 2026 Honda HR-V is outfitted with the same 2.0-liter, four-cylinder gas engine. With a continuously variable auto transmission, this system generates 158 horsepower. All-wheel drive is an upgrade while front-wheel drive is standard.

The CR-V is available with optional all-wheel drive as well, and this drivetrain now comes with enhanced traction control at low speeds. The turbo 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine offered in the first three trim levels features a CVT and produces 190 horsepower. The higher trim levels have a hybrid, non-turbo four-cylinder engine that puts out 204 horsepower.

Appearance

The 2026 HR-V introduces updated wheels and two new paint colors. These are Solar Reflection Metallic and Boost Blue Pearl. New badging is also displayed on the Sport's exterior. The HR-V's design includes a strongly sloped, defined hood and tall, descending roof. The mesh pattern on the grille is unique with a wide-spaced, honeycomb design. Sleek headlights stand out with an amber LED accent light.

The CR-V also has new wheel designs. Its style is highlighted by a flat, tall roof as well as a liftgate spoiler and raked side windows. Black molding and a lower ledge accent add sportiness to the sides. The pointed headlights have an upper LED light accent.

Features

Features offered in both of these Honda models include wireless smart device integration, privacy glass, a wireless charger, a heated steering wheel, low-speed auto braking, USB ports, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power liftgate, heated front seats, and more. The CR-V also comes with ambient lighting, driver's memory settings, a Bose sound system, and a few other features.
