I helped my mom buy a used 'AS IS' car from Crest. Within a few days there were obvious electrical problems and suspension issues. Although it was 'AS IS' Crest did a good job reviewing and repairing the issues. It did take a couple of visits to their service department. My last visit I advised the Used Car Manager I didn't think the repairs would hold. He advised me to call him if it became and issue. The car is working well and Crest did a good job standing behind the used car they sold.

We had looked at a few places and when we came to Crest, Sabir was certainly the best and ready to help us and walk us around. Tried out a new hybrid as we had been looking for one. The one Sabir showed us checked all the boxes. Still, did a little more research and quickly decided we had already found the one with his help. So quickly set up what was needed and headed back where Sabir walked us through most the process and overall was a pretty good experience.

I drove forty miles to see if the vehicle that I saw on Crest Honda's website was still available. Before I could even get in the building, Fady met me on the sidewalk asking if he could help me. I told him that I was looking for a Honda Ridgeline. He told me to follow him and showed me seven Ridgelines providing information about each truck. I pointed out the truck that I thought I wanted, Fady made a copy of my driver's license and proof of insurance, and within fifteen minutes he handed me the keys to the truck, got the keys to my trade-in, and told me to go drive the truck. When my wife and I returned from the test drive, my trade-in had already been inspected. We agreed on a price. Of course, he asked for the title to my trade-in and when I told him that I did not have it with me, he said that was OK. I told Fady that I planned to pay with a cashier's check. He said that would be fine, gave me the key to my car and directions to the nearest branch bank where I did business. When we returned, it took a few minutes to complete the paperwork and we were on our way home. The entire sale took about two hours. I returned to the dealership the next day with the title for my trade-in and to retrieve a Christmas wreath that I had left in the trunk of my car. This review may seem unbelievable to anyone who reads it, but it seemed unbelievable to me that I could visit a dealership for the first time in my life and purchase a vehicle in about two hours. It is the truth and was made possible by Fady and the fine management of this Honda dealership. I will return when I purchase my next vehicle. Oh yeah, the bathrooms were really clean.

This is the third time I have used Al. He has always been great. It will probably be the last time for a while as I do not plan on trading as my last two vehicles were used and this one is new and plan on keeping for a while. I am glad I purchased the 10-year extended warranty as well as this is a load off of my mind as I do not have to worry about major expenses during the life of the car. As I only drive 10 to 11 thousand miles per year the warranty made a lot of sense. As always everyone was a great help, and I was able to get all of the paperwork done with no problem.

I am reviewing based on my experience with the service department. (Please note: the hours on Google are for sales. The service department has different hours.) Our experience with service was great. Brandon served us, was warm and gave a full explanation of all details. He was prompt to answer texts and questions. We got a full synthetic oil change (~$60) and rear brakes (~$480) on our 2009 Honda CR-V. We could have done the brakes cheaper elsewhere, but are glad to know the right ones are now installed. We will likely be back. Recommended.

I’m so in love with my new car Honda Pilot 2017, low mileage, excellent price and amazing interior features. I spent all week looking for a car everywhere, and spent two full days at Carmax where almost bought same car maybe 2,000 less in mileage for $4,000 more, until Friday morning when this one came available. I probably am not allotted the amount of words I have to describe the entire experience that I had with Crest Honda. First, I would like to start by saying that I am a travel nurse and I live in Pensacola, FL. I work in Louisville, KY. My car broke down 6 lanes deep on I65 in Nashville. This was not a breakdown that had anything to do with my Honda Accord. It was from a previous oil change that just went wrong. An accidental mistake, if you will. Long story short, I initially did NOT believe Crest Honda and initially thought they perhaps, just didn't want to cover my warranty. I was 100% wrong. I spoke with many people at Crest Honda regarding this matter, but there is one single individual, Ryan Kimpton, that went above and beyond anything in his job description to make sure I was taken care of . Day one, he gave me his personal phone number and said if I needed anything at all, to call him and he would do his best to take care of it. He literally fought for me and what he knew was right from the very beginning. This is something that he absolutely did not have to do. I, unfortunately, had to have a new transmission placed in my car and ended up with a rental for 24 solid days. I probably was in contact with Ryan at least 20 of those days. He never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, although I'm sure I was some days, and he was genuinely concerned about my situation. I do not know who needs to hear this at Crest Honda, but Ryan is top notch. If I had an award to give him, I literally 100% would. I just couldn't have made it through this entire experience without his help. He is a God send. He is rare. He simply never had to do half of the things he did for me and I will forever be grateful for/to him. I can't recommend this place enough. I cannot brag enough on the team at Crest Honda. We reached out to several Honda dealerships when we started our search for a new car. Crest immediately responded and told us they would be on the lookout for what we were looking for. Shortly after they had the car we wanted coming into the lot. Juan is our Salesman. I say is because he will be the one we reach out to as long as he is selling cars and we can in the market for one. He totally redefined "Salesman" in my mind. He and the finance team made us comfortable and worked with us in every way to make the sale a smooth transition. After moving here four years ago, I started taking my Honda here for all maintenance and repairs (I always took it to the Honda place back home as well). They have been nothing short of exceptional. I had a repair done recently that was nothing short of a pain, between backordered parts and my garbage insurance (don’t use State Farm if you want factory parts), but Crest Honda was wonderful throughout the whole process. Brandon Moore was my service advisor, and he was incredible in working with my insurance company and keeping me looped in on the process in order to get the best repair for my car. He went out of his way to get the correct contact info for my insurance adjuster and called me to let me know my insurance wanted to use after-market parts. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. I’ve been a Crest customer for years, and I will be booking all my future maintenance/repairs under him as the advisor. They always take good care of me and my car, and Brandon has really gone above and beyond for us.

Before I even made it to the door to go inside Fady Metry greeted me and introduced himself an asked what he could do to help me. I said I’m here for the 2022 Honda Odyssey. He said right here my friend and opened the door to Crest Honda and there it was on the show room floor shining like a disco ball! Fady didn’t beat around the bush he went above and beyond to show me and my better half everything this Van could do. Not that great of an experience. Salesmen asked me what I was looking for and I tell him that I do not want to go over a certain amount. I find a car i like and ask for the price before test driving it. We spend over an hour dealing with this car, just for the salesmen to later find out the car is almost $10,000 over the amount I told him I wanted to spend. He put so much emphasis on what I wanted and I just told him something affordable. We eventually found a car that was within my price range and that I liked, but so much time was wasted to get it. Now stop spam emailing about reviews.

I returned to Crest Honda this weekend to purchase another Honda. Sales associate Juan met me with a huge smile and was so kind throughout the process. We arrived around 6pm as we had been car shopping all day and were aware that they closed at 7pm. Juan took the time to show me all the buttons and options on the dash and let me take it for a test drive. It was perfect for my needs and began doing the paperwork. We kept checking our watches, trying to be respectful of everyone's time but no one rushed us through the process. Juan helped us through everything he could then turned the process over to Gary, the finance manager. Gary was the most enjoyable finance manager I've ever encountered. His bubbly personality and well-timed jokes made the "boring paperwork" part of the process a breeze! Even after closing time, I felt no pressure to hurry up and sign everything. There was one issue with the windshield of the car I purchased but was assured that it would be fixed and included in the sticker price. I live south of Nashville and drive past the other Honda dealership in town because of the amazing customer service of Crest Honda.

We are from Chicago and were travelling thru the Nashville area when our van broke down around 2:30PM. My family was in a city we are not familiar with, and our van would not run. This could have been a nightmare for the family. Instead, Crest Honda made an awful situation into a very tolerable one. My wife called Crest Honda in desperation. We had no idea what to do. Zac Harris was outstanding!! He calmed my wife down and provided the name and number of a towing company. He also told us that if we could get the van to the dealer before 5:00, he would have a technician try and fix it before the day was over. WOW!!! The van arrived at the dealer around 4:30 and Zac was able to get someone to evaluate the situation. They determined the repair would take a few hours, so it would have to be in the morning. Luckily, there was a hotel right across the street, so the family stayed there. Zac personally drove us to the hotel, which was a nice touch. In the morning, Crest Honda went right to work on the van. They determined the breakdown was caused by an error in the repair at the dealer in Chicago and that the transmission was shot. They found a way to get us back on the road to Chicago with a temporary fix so we could go home. We were on the road by 9:45AM!!! WOW!! The double WOW happened after we arrived home. Zac called to make sure we arrived home safely. WOW!!! WOW!! If you want service that goes beyond expectations, you need to shop at Crest Honda.

Communication was good and they gave an indepth estimate and easy way to approve or not approve services by text. Pick up was also uncomplicated and Ryan very nice. They even washed the car. That was an added surprise. The price did not seem overly exaggerated like some dealerships. I'll be back for my other Honda.

My wife and I were in search of a used vehicle around town and we are happy to have left with one from Crest Honda. Had to get recall service done on an airbag and get an oil change before a multi day road trip. Checking into service was as easy as sliding into a huge clean well-light bay that could handle several cars deep and across. Robert came up, masked, and talked me through what I needed, asked after the regular and high mileage maintenance that was done or that I would need soon. No pressure, just information and advice. They estimated two hours and got the work done in an hour, and that underpromise overdeliver makes for great customer experience. Even though I can find cheaper prices, I'll probably get my 180K mile service back here.

there is not too loud noise coming from the belt, but not from belt it self. Its a noise from one of the components that turn with it. Mechanic couldn't pin point exactly where its coming from. suggested that I wait longer for noise to get louder to enable him to diagnose it. Zack and Monty are superstars. Thank you.

Good service but work is done fast and missed simple things like filling up the windshield fluid. Had three oil changes with this location and I always have to check their work to make sure they did everything. Make sure you check your fluids before leaving! We LOVE Crest Honda! Zac Harris in the service department ALWAYS goes above and beyond to take care of our needs. We recently bought new tires for our Accord from Zac and today we returned because we had a driven over a couple of nails in one tire. Zac made sure the warranty didn’t just fix the tire but entirely replaced it. All of the service guys are great. They even sanitized my car before giving it back to me. We will always have Honda because the service and product are unmatched.

The cons the down side about this experience is the sales Manager Ryan Carney he was rushing me to sign and was sneaky enough to make u sign for a deal not best for me when u don’t just gives you attitude this sales manager is not friendly or honest at all I would love to give crest Honda 5 stars rating but because of Rayan I am going to give 3 stars. Overall fair customer service. My dissatisfaction was on the 1 hour 40 minutes to have an oil change (with appointment). Ryan did not tell me anything about my car, had to find him to ask. Once my car was pulled, it was taken away again (to wash?) after I had told him I had to leave to an appointment.

Thanks Chad Honnor from the Service Department to take care of my truck. I took my 2018 Honda Ridgeline with 7 lights indicators in the dashboard telling me the truck had multiple issues. Actuallyu the engine was really trembling. I was so worried when I took the car to the shop. The service people called me next day informing me that the diagnose was done and the injectors were changed and covered under factory warranty. Crest Honda is part of Sonic Automotive, a no-hassle, set price dealership. And they still treat you great. I had experienced great, no-pressure dealings at a sister Sonic dealership when I bought my new Audi. At Crest, I needed a used car for a kid. Best test drives (set up in advance so the cars were waiting on us, already disinfected during the pandemic). Al the salesman gave great info, no pressure, and answered texts after we left. He had the paperwork ready for me when I got back the next morning to buy. S-m-o-o-t-h. Highly recommended.

Went to a different Honda dealership at first. Let’s say, somewhere near Gallatin. After a really disappointing experience with them, I contacted Crest Honda. I came in as my aluminum undercarriage started to drag as if there were no screws. It turned out when I got my oil changed at a vavoline they did not put the screws back in. They fixed it right away and did not charge me. Even washed my car and the screws was not even their fault! Excellent

Found the deal online. Filled out the info and they called me immediately. They really did make me a deal better than anything I had found on line and I had been looking for a new odyssey for two years. Contacted my local dealership to see if they could meet the deal and they not not could not meet the deal but didn’t know how these guys made this deal. This dealership even offered to deliver the van 3 hours away. Couldn’t wait so I drove and picked it up. I actually called the dealership t verify these people were actually employed there!. I drove there, kevin took care of the financial, Chip took care of the deal and Juan took care of us. It was excellent service. Saturday, July 8th; went to Crest Honda for the first, routine oil change and maintenance check-up since buying my 2017, Civic EX-L this year. It was a Saturday afternoon and a very busy one at that, I figured I'd be there for some time. But to my surprise, I was in and out of there in under an hour (didn't even finish my popcorn). Tony Pham was my Service Advisor and a very pleasant guy to work with. He went over the multi-point vehicle inspection checklist before they even started and again after my car was complete, which was very prompt I might add. He discussed the results with me and answered any/all questions I had, never felling rushed by doing so. He ensured I left feeling completely satisfied as well as appreciated. He was awesome to work with and hope to repeatedly deal with him again on my visits! One more note, I'm sorry but don't know the name of the Service Department Manager that day, but overheard him speaking and consoling an employee on phone; he didn't know this though. It sounded as if the employee called this manager, checking to see if he needed to come on in to work. As busy as they were, the manager assured him it had slowed down and they would be fine, he needed to stay put and take care of his mother. He was very empathetic and caring to this employee, which speaks volumes in my book, and more of a rarity these days. Needless to say, I was more than 100% completely satisfied with my visit and no doubt will definitely return. It was an awesome visit, lol, who says that about a flipping oil change? ;)

Salesman Jim Trumbo was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. There was a minor exterior scratch and an improperly fitted dash panel that was discovered after the purchase that was corrected by the installation of new replacement parts at the dealership which Mr Trumbo personally arranged and superbly coordinated until completed. Outstanding customer service!!

Once the service department opened up the service was outstanding. Couldn't understand why it was closed since the driveway was not blocked by the race. I came quite a distance (Mt. Juliet) for service.

First time car buyer here. As a first time buyer I wasn't exactly sure what I was walking into. Tony Jackson of Crest Honda (Downtown Nashville) was the first person who greeted me. I told him my situation and what I was looking for. He gave me some information about the dealership and how they are in ties with Sonic Automotive. Told me how they get thier prices, even how he gets his numbers. Upfront and honest, did not leave any details out. I would shop here again for any car! Even if it was not a Honda. The process was a whole lot easier than I have ever experienced before; it literally only took about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork. The price was right and Juan Borges, the sales associate, took care of me. I made an appointment with him and when I came in he had everything ready....a couple of cars that I wanted to look at and he had started the paperwork too. This made things so much easier. I can't say enough about the customer service. I didn't think that I would EVER say this, but I actually enjoyed my car buying experience. Seriously, if you are interested in a car, you've got to go see Juan. By the way, I'm not associated in any way with Crest Honda or know Juan Borges...I'm just a guy who was treated very well and wanted to tell others.

I always expect great service at Crest Honda and I am never disappointed. They have a shuttle service that will take you to work so you don't have to wait for your car to be repaired. If you wait on your car they have free WiFi, coffee, fountain drinks and popcorn and an television set to local news.

It took Honda a long while to get replacements for potentially dangerous driver airbags. But they finally replaced mine. Service at Crest Honda for painless and efficient, as usual.

I've had my care for a little over a year and have been taking it to Crest Honda for maintenance service since then. I'm always greeted and treated with great customer service. This time I was planning to leave my car overnight because I was bringing it in so late in the day but to my surprise, Dipesh Mistry, the advisor I worked with, assured me that they had time to service my vehicle that same day. And sure enough, I was in and out in less than an hour! It was a pleasure working with Dipesh...I will most certainly be back!

Took my 2008 Honda Civic in for an engine recall. I was setup with Zach in the services dept and he handled everything with speed and care. In less than a week, I had my car back running better than ever.

Finished service within requested time frame. Courteous. Shuttle was speedy to take me home and pick me up to return to the dealership.

Went in to get my airbag recall fixed up and found out I also needed new brakes. Zac was very helpful and explained the issues to me, as well as patiently and honestly explaining my options. He was very courteous and helpful all day, answered my questions, and called me bag quickly when I called to check in to see when I could pick my car up. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

The staff is very friendly. I left my car for oil change and it was ready in couple of hours.

Overall experience was good. However, every time I am in for an oil change, I am told of something else that needs to be done in addition to the oil change. It seems as though they are looking for things for me to spend money on.
