A 16 year veteran of the automotive industry, Matt West has been a member of the Sonic Automotive family since 2010. Matt has served in a number of important capacities for Sonic over the years and is excited for his role as General Manager of Crest Honda. He is a lifetime resident of Middle Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole and their two golden Retrievers Bella and Cooper. He is driven to provide all of Crest Honda’s guests with world-class customer service.

Building a Team

Although Matt is primarily tasked with overseeing dealership operations, his duties as general manager also include heavy involvement in recruiting and hiring the best individuals available. With a native ability to spot talent and potential, Matt finds it enormously rewarding to train and motivate his team on a continual basis. He understands that satisfied employees create satisfied customers, so Matt is always looking for ways to promote a positive, nurturing environment at Crest Honda. The result is a reliable, engaged and inspired team that provides unbeatable customer service.
